I think these Nov 1 pics might be my favorite. I hate the fall/winter to settle in but what a breath of peace just looking at that sparkling clear water. Thanks for sharing!
I agree with Case... you are extremely artistic..not just in photography either
These are some interesting facts about Sebago Lake that are useful as mindless trivia to rattle off with newcomers to the area - or perhaps useful to contemplate the beauty and majesty of the area.

* The Lake covers greater than 30,000 acres with a watershed of greater than 50 miles (86% of which is undeveloped) and including 24 towns.
* The Lake is 12 miles long with maximum depth of 316 feet. The width of Great Basin is 5 miles, Jordan Bay is 2 miles and Sebago Lake Basin is 1 mile.
* The approximate volume of the lake is 995 billion gallons.
* Inflow to the lake from precipitation and tributaries averages 544 million gallons/day
* Outflow from the lake from evaporation, the Presumscot River, and Portland Water District averages 498 million gallons/day.
* The principal fishery of Sebago Lake consists of : Landlocked Salmon Lake Trout (Togue) Smallmouth Bass Largemouth Bass Whitefish Cusk Smelt

Having been around awhile now, I can tell you that I have visited so many, many places around the world and around the U.S.
Of all the places I've been, I just have a special love for Sebago Lake, Maine. There's nowhere else I'd rather be. For those of you who love this place as well - this blog is for both of us.
